OneUp EDC Lite

The EDC Lite tool is a nine function multi-tool with 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8mm Allen keys, a T25 torx, and a flat head screwdriver. The EDC Lite lives in a plastic housing pressed into a steerer tube. According to OneUp, this tool can be installed with the in less than 15 minutes.

Installation is straightforward and involves setting the star nut lower in the fork, preloading the headset with the supplied longer start nut bot, and pressing in the plastic tool carrier.

Most forks are compatible, except for a small number of forks with very short steerer tubes. For the following cases, your fork steerer tube length must meet the minimum length requirement.
  • Fox except Fox 38 = 190mm min
  • Fox 38 = 210mm min
  • RockShox Forks = 210mm min
OneUp EDC Lite

OneUp states that riders should measure from the underside of your fork crown to the top of your spacer stack, or top of your stem if you are not running any spacers above your stem.

The tool plug the carrier with the tool ads a claimed 75g to your bike. Riders can purchase extra carriers separately for $15 to make swapping the tool between bikes quick and easy. The EDC Lite is available now and comes in OneUp's range of six colors to match with the brand's pedals, grips and handlebar decals.
