Is there going to be a 2006/7/8 One? What exactly does "coming soon" mean? (That has been on the Ellsworth site for months) Any info, Ellsworth masters? Thanks!

Email them and you might find out,I really want to stress might :D I think the CS department was sucked into a blackhole sometime ago... :p Eithier that or
check the next episode of Lost on ABC. ;)
Why not call them instead? Or talk to your dealer. Better yet, get on out to the Crested Butte Fat Tire Festival...Ellsworth will be there all week.
I so wish they had a 1-800 # though chad,I have called them and this long distance thing is getting $$$.I know they may be busy and all,but the website stuff bugs me,I am still waiting on things I asked for weeks ago over the phone. My dealer is a small 2 man bike shop that really isnt a dealer per se,they have sold a few frames, but these were over a year ago,and they are not autorized. My frame is used, and I am starting to get the slightest impression that if you fall under this cloud ....

Who's your dealer?

Try these guys...they're close to Ellsworth and seem to have some good info. You may even order parts from them as a go between. Mondo used to work for Ellsworth, I think.

This is where I got my last frame.

They might not be able to help you with stuff that you've already ordered, but future stuff, probably.

Somewhere on these forums is an e-mail address for Dave, too. Find that and see if he can help.

lemme get this straight...

you ride an Ellsworth and your GF will ride Turner (that you got for her) soon... and you can not afford a long distance call at 5 cents per minute (Bell rate)????

wtf man?

by the way, Tomas from Ellsworth is a great guy, very professional and truly interested in making every Ells customer happy.

How do i know???

I had a pleasure dealing with Tomas last week and he was just great.

Here, i'll even help you with the phone number:

I asked them earlier this spring when the "ONE" will be available. They told me not til July at the earliest.
They are having a hell of a time keeping up with demand for the Moment and EPI.

I'll bet that it gets pushed back farther.

Its more a matter of not being able to do long distance on my cell,if I want to make any long distance calls,I have to go elsewhere,ie:parents place on the other side of the city ! I am in uni,I dont work.I am on osap for the next 4 + yars oso.I dont have mountains of cash like you. :D I have also forked out over 4k in the last month on bike parts (frames ,etc) so I'm kinda low on funds. :p imagine THAT :p I also dont like being on hold, and find it insane that a simple email cannot be replied to over a two to three week period. It has little to do with affording the call, and more the logisitcs of it.Email is simple and easy for the rest of the business world, why not Ells ? But its more there website I have a problem with.I am soo happy that you have had a pleasure dealing with Tomas, good for you.I have not had the same expirience, but yes he has returned some of my emails.I am not pissed with the company, but I am somewhat perturbed by the lack of communication,be it web based or email.

but i have enough for comfortable life... knock on wood..

email is fine, sure... i do 85% of my business via email.... BUT there are instances where phone is irreplaceable, and this is one of them...

i find talking on the phone about issues like yours is the only way to take care of business - and quickly...

but to each his own... what is your question? i will call tomas for you...
