I have the exact same. I think it's a Nitto.

I was thinking the same about it being a Nitto, but zero markings on the stem.

It came on a early 90's Stumpjumper I p/u'ed used years ago.
Just found it in my hoard of crap

I think it's cold forged, kinda has that look kinda like XC Pro crank arms,
without the rainbow haze of those arms.
