JMOLINA34 Like what you've done with your 456, is it a Summer Season as I'm thinking of doing something similar?
Hey Bluff,
The frame is an original 456 with the same geometry as the summer season except my head tube angle is 69.5 degrees with a 5" fork. The summer season has a 66.6 degree head angle with the 5" Fork.
The pugsley fork has an A2C 447mm with a 43mm offset so with the nate being about 29.4" in diameter gives ride height similar to 491.3mm a2c 26" fork (120mm travel unsagged.) sweet for me since this gives me the 69.5 ish head tube angle it was designed to ride with. The ride is perfect for me this way, its just slack enough to give some nice stability and since it's a 20" frame the top tube is nice and roomy. The stem is 65mm and the bars are about 680mm which I may change to a bit wider.
The Summer Season with 66.6 degree might give you a bit of slow steering with this same combo but I am loving mine so far. If I can get a knard 3.0 on the back....I'd be set!
Happy trails.
