Hi ll im 47 and am just getting back into mountain biking * been off for 15 years * can anyone please tell me wheres a good place to ride for a old guy to get my cardio back on track

Where in Socal do you live?

mountainbikebill.com has great reviews of most area's though he is San Diego based, so most of his "local" rides are in San Diego County.
