I can relate, I lost a set of Mavic GL330 sew-ups with Dura-Ace hubs at the Redlands Bicycle Classic criterium years ago. I put them on the sag truck with all the other spares. After the race I came to find that someone had swiped them... easy way to get a new set of race wheels if your an unethical no moral having dirtbag. : (

I wish I did have it, you'd already have it back. Seriously, what good is a front road bike wheel by itself?
I would keep eye on craigslist if I were you... Hope you get your wheel back dude.
Stil no, huh? Man, that really sucks! Did you take it off to load your bike on your car rack? I`m sorry to hear about it though it doesn`t really surprise me much any more.

On a different angle, what`s up with South America? I caught that in the last post but wasn`t sure if it was some kind of code thing or if you really are getting ready to take a riding vacation there. Didn`t want to side track the last thread at the time so I didn`t ask there.
not sure if this the the paul i know? but if it is do you know bike king, thrills on wheels
Why

Why are you looking for a lost road wheel on a mountain bike website?:thumbsup:
I think you should search beaglebaby's car. he likes to park there. Man, good luck on finding that wheel. Like a needle in a haystack.
Uh...

kinda feels like an intevention...

Am I being censored by the moderator? I've posted on the MTB review site because noone looks at the roadbike review site;

I used to be a "bike king" and I've had "thrills on wheels" and any number of other modes of transportation, if that helps to identify me;

and yes, South America is code...for...South "friggin'" America and I leave this coming Sunday for 10-fun-filled days in Medellín, COLOMBIA getting my arse dragged up and down some serious Andean mountain climbs on the road bike - the old stompin' ground - and please don't ask what I used to "stomp" there because I don't need more collateral damage than I already have with a missing front wheel and cracked bike frame.
What?

A cracked frame too. Now that just sucks.

¡Orale, Pablo! Dále duro y no les hagas caso a los pesados :D . Have a nice trip.
pesados?

eso es "código," especialmente cuando se habla de COLOMBIA.
