Jeez...when I first saw this, I thought that old DHF had actually gone soft and had participated. I imagined Eric sitting around the campfire telling stories and being an all-around non-hooligan. Maybe even sharing a shuttle ride with Paul.

If things don't work out for you as a professional skier, you could certainly get a gig in the action sports photography business....​

How was the Holbert pit today?​

And if you DO make it as a skier, I'd be happy to carry your skis for you, sir...​

haha. i could just see you carrying my skis. i would of course have to call you my *****, but it would be fun anyways.

holbert was sick. no one dropped the two big ones.....yet, but lane came out and took some pics so hopefully those will be sick.

To get this thread back on track, Globe was "the bomb", phat, dope and whatever other laudatory words or phrases you young whippersnappers are using these days. I only did one run down six shooter but it was a lot of fun. I managed to keep up fairly well on my Burner. (I definitely didn't "school" anyone.) I foolishly waited for the second group, hoping to get a second run down a different trail since the first group was doing six shooter again, but it got too late and didn't happen. Oh well, probably a good thing anyway as the tightness I was feeling in my calf turned out to be a partial tear. I don't know when that happened. I guess I was having too much fun to notice. That's why I didn't make it back on Sunday. I'm anxious to hear about the other trails. What did you guys ride on Sunday? Big thanks to Paul for setting this all up and to the shuttle driver. Let's do this again real soon.

It's just a minor tear, not too bad. Nothing like what I did to my right calf. If we can find someone to shuttle us up, we can go hit those trails for sure.

Thanks to who ever set this up and my friend Scott for inviting us on his road trip. Are little group from Los Angeles,Ca had a great time. We did two runs on Sat. and one more sunday. I was having so much fun i forgot to take any pictures.
Monday, we rode South Mountain, more amazing trails. We did 4 runs down the the mountain then packed it up for the ride home. On behalf of Scott, Nick, Chris and i (Paul) thanks for sharing your trails with us.

Thank you to all the locals for showing us out of towners a nice ride. I think we may have takin home the long distance award for the dustance we traveled to ride your trails. Well they are worth it if you ask me. Riding in Globe then heading over for some gnar gnar at South Mountain to complete the weekend was our plan. We didnt stop to many times to take pics(why screw up the flow),so the pic posting is pretty slim. Scott has a few he took but hes still on his week and a half long riding vacation so im sure he will post them up later. A few from Globe and a couple more from South Mountain.

So what I was on this asphalt road and I was riding downhill and it was all twisty and turny and stuff and the road was black and it was fast and stuff like that. So there.

Nah, Mexico was fun,but I got to admit looking at the pics I wish I would have gone with you guys instead. I still have Sedona and SoMo to do this year.
