I'm looking for someone to do some cross country rides....calavera, flightline, maybe on up to Orange County on occasion.
I've got to do more riding at night as the day job has been chewing up all available daylight.

i'm not particularly fast, but like to get a decent couple hours in a few days a week.
My wife as flat out forbidden anymore lone night rides in an =effort to keep me healthy and alive for the birth of our first child. Not wanting to push the issue with a hormmonally unbalanced woman I am in search of some new riding partners.

BTW, she was my riding partner....

I'm 41, and work as a recording engineer and musician..really wacky hours. I could be into some early morning riding as well!!!

there's a couple of groups that do regular rides out that way. One is Gary Fox's group that rides on Tuesdays but they start around 6:00 I think.

Amazingly enough, although Mr. Basil and I live quite close to one another, the only "real" ride I did with him was 130 miles to the north in northern LA County when we were both simultaneously in the area visiting family.

come on out whenever you feel like it. shoot me an e-mail for directions to our starting location. It's a bit off the beaten path from the normal start spots.

Amazingly enough, although Mr. Basil and I live quite close to one another, the only "real" ride I did with him was 130 miles to the north in northern LA County when we were both simultaneously in the area visiting family.

Yeah, that Basil guy has pretty much been reduced to riding Saturday mornings. Rumor is, his wife is going on the 5:00pm PQ ride today while he picks up the kid from daycare and then darns socks or something. Sad...

Flightline and Calvera are my locals so when I get back from Japan late this fall we can hook up for some rides. I try to get in and night ride at Calvera on Wednesday or Thursday nights at 8:30pm-ish.

I would caution you about riding with either Ebasil or Yeti rider. These guys are kooks. Yetirider doesn't always take his meds, and Ebasil's Parole officer is looking for him.
