Yes, they are different. The Occam has 0.5 slacker head tube angle, same seat tube angle, same chainstay length, longer top tube, taller head tube, will only take 1 bottle in the main triangle (vs. 2 for the Oiz). The Oiz frame is also advertised as being lighter. I imagine the Occam has more tire clearance in the rear swingarm as it's advertised as either 29 or 27.5+ capable (where the Oiz isn't). There are probably some other more nuanced differences like suspension leverage ratio and anti-squat.

I believe Orbea is segmenting the Oiz TR as a trail capable XC/Endurance bike and the Occam as more of a full on trail bike.
