While trying to replace the cable my NX 11 Trigger Shifter, I accidentally dislodged the small wire like spring sitting above the coil like spring.
Unfortunately, Sram doesn't have a decent rebuild guide specific to this shifter on their website.
I went to my local "Authorized Sram dealer" and the mechanic was able to get the shifter partially working, but the lever it gets stuck while shifting to a higher gear and does not return to it's normal position after shifting.
I'm really trying to avoid having to buy a completely new shifter.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
