I'd give it a once over to make sure everything still works (wheels spin freely, no siezed bearings ets), clean/lube up the chain etc. Then go for a ride.

If you wanted it might be good to flush the brakes, change oil in the fork preemtively...

You may need to do some repairing, like dried/cracked seals etc, but you'll find those things out after a short ride.
