hey bros, I have a 29er wheelset that I'd like to get rebuilt with new rims. Can y'all recommend a solid wheel builder in the Northern Virginia/DC/MD area. Preferably nearer Dulles Intl airport but I'll travel to get a great build. TIA

I have a great builder in Winchester at Element Sports, Gary Moon. But Bill Mould would be great too. I'd love to take one of his wheel building classes.
