i dont think this impacts SOC
its just the area behind the old main garrison, between inner garrison road and Giggling
thats what i understand it to be..but i could be wrong.
i think there are other possible issues out there too.
like...
if a huge Equestrian Center was established in the Watkins Gate/Heineken Ranch road. if 300 horses were out there...
that would possibly pose some multi-user group issues.
i dont know all whats going on with Ft. Ord, but really seems like right now is becoming more and more of a critical time, in regards to development, and the economy in general.
i dont think this effects SOC. Sea Otter is mostly out of Laguna Seca.
but Happy Trails is a nice roller flat wooded area that is fun to ride.
