So I decide to get back into my 11 and change miles swing after a pause of about a month.
First, around mile six I realized my lungs just had it for the day.
The same evening, cramps in my legs associated with lower back pain, forced me to take some "light" pain killer.
Never had this kind of issues before.
My wife,insisting on how beneficial a proper stretching session is,convinced me to try.
Needless to say,It worked.
Since I am so new at stretching,( the superman in me finally gave up), I ask you:
What do you do during the "ten minutes" before and after riding stretching routine?
