Hey y'all..I love the Northshore trail..I live in NW Arkansas, and business lands me in Irving frequently.
I need some local help here..I am planning a nice weekend trip to ride the shore and we would like to
camp close to the trailhead. Any info on Campgrounds?

I know Grapevine lake is run by the Corps of Engineers, and the info on that site is a
a little confusing. Am I correct in assuming Murrell would be the ideal place to camp?
Since it is located nearest the trailhead to go either direction...I'm looking at March 12-16
as a target.

There are places to camp there, I've seen people with tents in the area close to the MADD shelter... not sure how safe it is?
