We rode the upper 1/2 of the trail last Father's day (June 15?) and there was no snow on the trail, but extra wet trail in sections, and they had just cleared dozens of trees from the trail that week. Call the Umpqua Forest ranger's station prior to the trip, and they can update you on snow levels, and trail reports.
