Hey all, southern Mainer here in search of the elusive white carpet fat bike experience. The snowfall has been horrible this winter in my area. Looks like sugarloaf got a bunch of snow, so that's an option, but North Conway is a bit closer of a drive for me.

Anyone know what the conditions are like on the ground for fat riding?

Thanks!

York Hill Farms is probably pretty good right now. It is in Rome which is about 30min past Augusta. Check with CeMENemba

Conditions are kinda icy here, studs recommended. No grooming that I know of, trails are just packed from walkers and riders. Some are packed better than others. Some a-holes rode after the slush/rain from last weekend so a few sections are frozen ruts now.
