Good to meet you Joe - let's see your pics!

Alan Bonds finished this beauty a few days before the fest:

Black bike on left is Wilson's 1935 double diamond, red bike is Alan's DX with Nexus8:

Black bike on right is Mark's DX with Bendix lever 2 speed and Ideal drum, the other black one is my 1938 with some (ahem) modern touches:

Chris P's hand made Ti retro steed:

Right bike is my Blue 1936 C, on left a 1937-ish Colson from Alan's stash:

Far left is Wilson's 1936 C, then Alan's blue beauty and then one of Jer's multitude:

A few of the gritty details...

Many different ways to "get the job done"...

Here are a few examples.

Good seeing you Eric, Alan, and the others....

CK -- thanks for the 'tunes.

Cheers~

We missed you Billy, I hope it was alright that I rode your "cantina clunker" around a bit (you can see it in the pics above behind Mark's DX).

How's the house? Heard the flames got pretty close - close enough to singe your mane?

It sure sounds like it was a great weekend in Farifax. The week before it got really HOT down here. We got evacuated, but I did get a spin up the hill before we got the orders. I went up my old deer trail to the command center right before the wind shifted and we had to get out. I got a little more than I bargained for... a nice shower courtesy of the LAFD. I went back the next day and got a shot of the trail I was on the day before. Shortly thereafter I got an LAPD escort out of the park. See pics. Ride on.
