Tubes will generally come in a range.
1.5-2.0"
2.1-2.5"
1.75-2.125"
1.95-2.25"

Get the one that's closest to your size. Tubes stretch. A 2" tube will easily stretch to 2.5", however larger tubes tend to get bunched when putting into smaller tires and pinch flat.

You can get a pump at any bike shop. Try these online ones. Must decent pumps will work on schrader or presta.
