I don't get the narrow-wide derailleur pulley wheels. So many times, your chain will jump (in technical rough trails) and the pulley wheel teeth get mis-aligned so your chain skips. It is an easy fix to just realign the pulley wheel but you have to stop, get off your bike in order to reset it. The only reason I see for the narrow-wide pulley wheel is possibly chain alignment, but that really isn't much of an issue. It seems like all the new pulley wheels are all narrow-wide now.

Anybody know of some good non-narrow-wide pulley wheels for SRAM drivetrains? Are they all compatible?
