I've been hoping to get a proper bike shoes for flat pedal use for a while now but couldn't decide which one to get. I've tried on the women's 5.10 Karver and finds it way too bulky and due to the shape of my foot, I just couldn't position the one sided tongue straight (it's slightly twisted) which makes it even more uncomfortable.
So the other 2 shoes I am looking at right now is the 5.10 chase (freerunner shoes - less bulky and has regular tongues) or Shimano AM41. Does anyone have any experience with these 2 shoes? I couldn't find either shoes in my size locally so trying it on is not an option. Is there another shoe that I should look at? I have small feet so most mens shoes are too big for me. Thanks!
