im running the old school 4-pot M755's and they sound HORRID when applying the brakes.. sounds like im using rocks on the disc to stop the bike....

calipers are centered correctly
calipers are CLEAN and retract perfect
newer pads (not sure what material)
brakes are very strong and work perfect other than the noise.....

im thinking its the pad material but its been a long time ago i put the new pads on so not sure what material they are are...

Silly question, are they wet?

I have a set of 755s, they run silently when dry, then howl like banshees in the wet. Running sintered pads.

no not wet... dont live in that enviroment anymore THANK GOD :thumbsup:
