yeah ok, i see the differences. Time: 8:30 am FIP (Feet In Pedals...meaning start riding. It's a long day; be on time)
Where: Stage at the east end of the Basha's parking lot on the SW corner of Bell Rd. and Thompson Peak Parkway in NE Scottsdale. Park as far from the Bashas as possible.

So everyone is aware, halfway up to Windgate is the "Tom's Thumb" option. You can take it, if you want extra suffering, or, you can continue up to Windgate. Having completed the Quad last year, and since I hate hike-a-bike, I will skip that option and do the regular route.
