Hello,
May I interest U all in short clip we did of riding the new RIP:
Clip was shot as part of a review we are having for the bike at BikeZone.co.il.
Since the
review is in hebrew

, I'll give you our 2 cents briefly:
+ We liked it, in particular the fact that it was very willing to go airborne unlike most 29ers.
- On tight turns however, it wasn't as nimble as a 26".
+ Despite the long travel, it was still XC fast and efficient.
- We did experience some chain rub in the large ring, which we could not fix with the derailleur setup.
+ Very versatile bike.
- Needs big tires for aggressive riding. On 2.1 Ignitors we experienced a ridiculous amount of pinch flats, even on higher pressure settings.
Hope U find this interesting.
Thanks.
