Wondering who else has this bike or know anyone who does. I received the bike and it is around three pounds over the claimed weight or 23.6lbs. What should i do?

I had a look and it said 24lbs - do you mean it weighs in at 27? If not, you've got a bargin 0.4lbs!

My Nine Elite Large came in at 25.5 new w/o pedals. This was mostly due to all the SLX crap, especially the wheelset and cassette. Now I have XT crank / cassette, DT350 hubs laced to Stans Crest, Fox F29 15mm, Magura Marta, Tubeless Captain Controls, Thompson post, Carbon Bars, Same seat and front derailleur, XTR Rapidrise rear derailleur / shifters.

Total = 21.25 + .5 for Ti Pedals

BTW the DT350 are only 100g heavier per set than the DT240, also could have saved a few more grams with supercomp spokes vs comp.
