I got up early and hit the trails by 7:00 so I could be back while it was still morning. Beautiful day! I got a Pico chair. I still haven't figured out how to unfold it :madmax:.

For my father's day, I watched my daughter win the Hoop-It-Up tournament down at Civic Center Park - lots of fun.
Managed to get a night ride in and tested out a new app on my iPhone - "trail guru". It's a GPS app that links with GoogleEarth to map your rides/hikes/runs and give cool data like elevation, pace/speed, distance...etc. It's a free app - heads up for those iPhone users who can't afford to drop $600+ on a Garmin 705.

I got in a nice early ride yesterday as well. White Ranch was perfect; cool and tacky. I had some problems slipping on the wood ramps/water bars with the moisture, but it was great to be out before it got too hot and dusty. Then it was home to hang with the family. It's amazing how green and overgrown parts of the trail are.
