When people say "the Shed" they usually mean the Frederick watershed. Good info at http://www.more-mtb.org. They have a where to ride section and latest trail conditions posted.teders said:

Also, ive been to wakefield a few times now, and whaaaat a great place to ride. However, i still have to check out fountain head but i dont think that my seemingly insatiable hunger for trails will be satisfied by it alone. Please Please, all you guys that know the area well, tell me about some more trails. Im lookin for some deep in the woods trails, if ya know what i mean.
