Height is only part of the fit puzzle. Also very important are inseam length, torso length, and arm length. From experience I'd say that you could fit on either a medium or large depending on your torso and arm length. To further muddy the picture, riding style, personal preference, and terrain will also factor in. Best to try both and pick the one that feels best to you.
