hi
I just got a new bike that had magura julie hydrolic disc brakes on it. the person that i bought it from included a pair of new brake pads so i decided to change out the ones in the rear because they seemed a little weak. when i unscrewed the caliper some of the brake oil came out. now the brakes practically dont work at all, im thinking probably because there is no oil pressure right? so do i have to bleed the whole system (id have a shop do that) or can i just top the oil level off?
thanks for any help
If you are mechanically inclined, pick up a bleed kit from your LBS and they come with directions. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
