nice bike but i dont think the fork is matching to well. white camo with bright orange? now that doesnt work
nice, but what's w/ the different brakes?ILikeFood said:
They are both Hayes, but I used to run a direct mount on my Titus Quasi...which I got an adapter to run on my Banshee Chaparral. The adapter didn't work for the Uzzi, and black was the only thing they had in stock at the shop. That front brake is an *original* Hayes caliper with a replaced shell on the lever. Both those are 5+ seasons old.JBsoxB said:nice, but what's w/ the different brakes?
Yeah, that was me. You guys hit anything good later on?JJJZJ said:Hey were you up riding at the U today by chance? I saw someone with a bike like yours and noticed youre from SLC. If so, We stopped and chatted with some(you?) guys for a few minutes and I was riding the Specialized Big Hit
Not too much. there are some decent jumps by the union and marriot library, but i had been riding since noon, so i had to take off, but we're headed up to I street for some more fun Tuesday if youre interested, if not maybe ill see you around sometime on campus.ILikeFood said:Yeah, that was me. Everytime I see a painted version I regret asking for Satin Black.
I was actually thinking of sending it back to Jeff and asking him to do a custome color for me.
I was thinking Pink...but maybe White.
I'd love to hook up, I'll check my mail... We were going to hit Little Creek, but going with people who know it will be better than us just exploring.El Chingon said:So you're coming down this way this weekend? If so, let me know. I can show you guys around little creek. I think you'll like it better than Goose. I'll PM you my info. BTW nice bike. I'll be curious to see how that thing compares to my VPF.
