Please help construct ANOTHER new trail (actually it is a reroute). The particulars are as follows:

Meeting Place: Highlands Elementary on Bogus Basin Road. It is located at the stop sign by the Simplot mansion/hill.

Meeting Time: Saturday, June 28, 2008; 9am sharp

What to Bring: Work Gloves, Water & a Snack.

Sorry for the short notice. I am just trying to help the crew leader for this project. I hope a few of you can make it...as turn out has been small for this project.

Are you the guys that changed Elk meadows ???
If so thank very very much . That trail rocks now . It has enough flow even on a 40lb single ring bike you can ride it ! at speed even

Don't thank me...or even the partners. Thank the volunteers and the BLM fire crews.
BLM fire crews changed Elk Meadows in conjunction with Ridge to Rivers, SWIMBA, USFS, Bogus, and SWIMBA. These same partners, along with some VERY dedicated volunteers, are now in the process of rerouteing some others. Volunteer turnout has been low, but those who do show have had great attitudes and even better work ethics. I really appreciate them, as I know the other crew leaders do too.
