Hi - I'm considering a Trek and wanted to get some suggestions. My last purchase was a Motobecane, horrible experience and bike. Can someone provide guidance on what I should look for at a bike shop? I would like to get either the Trek 4500 or 6000. Will the bike shop let me do test rides off road? Any shared experience is helpful!
