so after riding park/street/dirt for just shy of a decade on a 20 inch and getting tired of being hunched over a tiny bike, i got myself an 07 eastern nighttrain and am very happy with it. couple of questions as i'm unfamiliar with this whole suspension thing. 1.there was 2 small steel washers included with the marzochi dj3 that came on the bike and nothing indicating what to do with them, what are they? and 2. can anyone give me an idea of what the max PSI the fork can handle is? i weigh 215 and it's sitting at 65psi and feels pretty good but would like to know how much more i could add

I'd call up marzocchi on that air pressure. I don't think it's meant to handle that much, you can drop some stiffer springs in there, it'll feel much better than using that much air trust me.

52-65 for your weight. i run 55lbs at 218lbs or so bodyweight. stiff but still saves my wrists on hard landings.

Don't think so, the internals are pretty much the same, it's the external adjustments that are different.

like the rebound adjustment? if i didn't have that, i'd hate the fork. that's the difference i was thinking. i don't know too much about the DJ3s.
