Are they ramped?

no ramps or pins .

but see the 24T ring teeth , seems it has reversed teeth ... this shark desing gives , with its right and multipled tested , the jump for the chain

shifting is very smooth

i had my 1st type of this little brand 3 years ago

i had 104/64 , Cannondale SL and XX versions and i used them in endurance races as 24h solo and 6h solo races
