Rumor has to it Surly has this in the works. Yeti collab so that the downtube battery case is water tight so you can remove the battery and fill it with whiskey or hot chocolate. Hot chocolate is actually lighter.

Cool idea. Also noticed it on this titanium fat bike that also has the down tube thats been turned into a fluid canister, with a filling port up top, and a drain at the bottom. Its owner apparently uses it for stove fuel, but I can think of better things to fill it with.
