Was looking at maybe buildig a new wheel, and dropped by the Sun-Ringle site.

They just re-did the site. Things of note:
Flea Hubs : Front 75g Rear 190g
Black Flag Wheelset: 1290g complete. Sapin Spokes, Flea Hubs, UFO Rims.
Flea Skewers: QR skewers at 55g
UFO Rims: 370-395g

www.sun-ringle.com

All weights are manufactured claims, but looks promising. Now I just want a Flea Disc Hub set ;)

Sun is practically giving them away!

Only $1000 for the Black Flag wheelset.

For the DIY type you can pick up the Flea hubs for a mere $700.

All sarcasm aside, don't those prices seem to be a bit much?

That is totally idiotic! In fact, I think it's laughable. Sun's stuff isn't anything special. It goes way above marketing into hoping they find a buyer stupid enough. Even Tune ain't charging that much. Pathetic.
