Got a new Enduro elite, it has the SRAM Guide R dual piston brakes. when i give them the initial pull the levers go straight to the bars, then after a few pumps they are right where i want them, but this only lasts for a very short time....

this is a bad bleed right? and having a shop bleed these suckers should do the trick correct? anyone else have this issue or know why a brand new set of brakes would act like this...

thanks for the help folks!

Pads and rotors are all there, right? Sounds like they need a bleed. Levers going to the bars means there is air in the system. If this is a new bike, it sure shouldn't have been turned over to you in this condition. Take it back to the shop.
