Can we assume that the new Scott Twin lock lever can be retrofitted to the old Sparks? I have the three cable version on my new Spark 900 Premium and it is a significant improvement over old design on top of bars.

Yes, I have a 2018 Spark RC 900 WC and I swapped out for the 2019 twinlock as well as adding the match maker lever for the dropper post. It all works flawlessly.

I don’t have a p/n, I just went to my local bike shop that sells Scott bikes and asked them to order me the new 2019 Twinlock. I also requested the all-in-one dropper lever Twinlock that comes on the Spark 920. I think it was around $90 and I had the LBS install it.
