Its not a scratch, just a reflection of the lighting. The color's 'Intense Blue Pearl'. The pics really dont do the paint justice. I'll post more pics when shes built up, and the tubes are Reynolds 853 . :)

Just got done w/ frame saving?

I stuffed paper towels in my BB area when I did my recent acquisition....what a messy but necessary job!

sweet! when did they start adding the rear brake strut? is it a relaxed seat angle? the frame looks ready for some rockin and rollin...what are the numbers?

tidy, very tidy!
Thanks man! The strut was suggested by one of the IF welders. Ive broken a few frames in the past, and he thought it would add some needed support without adding much weight.
The numbers:
Seat tube length 14.2 inches
Seat angle 72.0 deg
Headtube length 90.0 mm
Headtube angle 71.5 deg
Top tube angle 24.2 deg
Wheelbase 1060.1 mm
Standover 782.3 mm
Chainstay 450 mm

Build:
Custom IF steel frame Reynolds 853 (Intense Blue Pearl)
Industry Nine SS 29er wheelset laced to Stans Arches
Kenda Karma Tires 1.9
XTR M970 crankset / BB
XTR spd pedals
Magura Marta SL brakes
Moots Ti straight bar w/ 5 deg sweep
Ergon GX1 race grips
White Bros Rock solid carbon fork
Eriksen Ti seatpost w/ setback
Thomson stem
CK headset
WTB Shadow V SLT saddle
Build weight 20.01 lbs :)

Took her for a light ride saturday, but havent really hit the trails just yet. Its looking like she'll get some dirt tomorrow.

Very nice bike, I’ve got one question though. Are you running the chainring on the outside of the crankarm spider? I mounted mine that way at first but saw some pic’s of a bike with it on the inside so I tried it that way and it seams to mount on a little better and more solid. Just curious to the correct way if there is one.
