new leftys, buy online? replace for 1999 f700?

2 questions.

Can you buy a new lefty online from some reputable sites (not ebay) or are they like the bikes, in store only?

Thinking about converting a '99 F700 from a headshock to lefty and disc wheels.
Could use current lefty DLR2 from my rush and by a new lefty for my Rush.
Do I have to get a different headset as well for the f700?
Does this make much sense cost wise?

i want to replace alu lefty on my carbon rush (large) with carbon one.
-whitch model do you recommend?
-where to look for one?
-used one or brand new?
