I calculated my old hub spoke length:
257.6 drive
258.2

new hub spoke length:
257.3 drive
259.0

Both are less than 1mm difference, but new spokes and another rim would only cost me $70 more, and I would have a whole extra wheel then, consdering the wheels are in excellent condition maybe I should just build new wheels and sell the old one? Here is the current wheelset, my new hub is Chris King.

Hm, what should I do? Build a whole new wheel or just replace the hub?

if you are using brass nipples then you will be fine. if you are using aluminium nipples then you will probably still be fine but it is more critical to have the spoke all the way to the end of the nipple. 1mm is really nothing to worry about though.

You'll save a lot of time not tearing the old wheel apart if you buy new spokes and rim. Its easy to replace a rim when you want to keep the old hub, but replacing the hub when you want to keep the rim is double the work.

So yeah, if you have the cash, build up a whole new wheel set- its easier and will probably turn out better. Nice having two sets anyhow.
