It came with X9 stuff (shifters/r.der/cassette). I swapped them with XT and threw the bash guard on. Not sure if you've seen the big sweep bar it comes with but the sweep wasn't to my liking and neither was the width (25"). Looks like some stuff going on eBay.

I wouldn't expect a ride report for some time. Sad.

Where did you get the Race Face bash guard? Looks clean.

JRA Cycles in Medford, MA. It's the Race Face lightweight bash guard. I have one on my Kona as well.

Oh boy. No conspiracy here, I didn't get it from JRA. Bike was not bought online and was not shipped to me directly. Got if from the LBS (came in yesterday) like everyone else and I did most of the assembling with the shop then had to "disassemble" most of it to swap all my parts around. I guess I will take the box pic off so no one makes hell for the LBS.
