I'm also confused whey there is no 12mm Maxle yet on these bikes......

Maxle is an option, all my Nicolai's have a 12mm Maxle / Axle... This dude may have decided against it....

Dont want to derail the thread, but the small weight gain for a Maxle is worth it. But again, some wish to keep there QR wheelset etc....

Always nice to have the maxle option for sure. I'm the same.....maxle all the way.

kinda. it was a NicUk frame that I had hanging in the shop for a while.

no - skiing / boarding discussion ian.

i want to go boarding but having just got back from egypt (no snow there) hopefully will be able to get some time off before the season finishes though its looking unlikly

season doesn't end until late April in the Alps Ian........?

yeah its going to be pretty solid work wise untill the new finacial year, i have to deliver about 4 millions pounds worth of schemes by then. hopefully i'll be able to get away in late april but i dont know untill then.

good luck - some of the deepest, steepest freshies i ever skied were in late April on Grand Montets onto the Argentiere glacier

Yup bought a rp23 from Tft and had it pushed to help with my muscle mass
