I'd like to get a new fork my Tracer....


I'd love to get a Talas but I just want see what other(cheaper) forks would be good for me?

I do lots of climbing and the occasion ski resort trips...

I also live in Southern CA where its dry and hardpacked....

I like the idea of lowering the fork for climbing(Talas??)

Any suggestions??

Minute 3 works well on mine

Shopped for a new fork and was hesitant to move beyond 4", but no regrets. The SPV seems to have some benefit for efficiency and the extra travel can make the bike even more fun. What's particularly cool is that if you leave the bike in the steep geometry, you can go from a trail bike feel to the Tracer's raciest position at the flick of a switch.
So far so good.

A Fox Talas or a Minute 1:00

Both have adjustable Travel....

What would be better for lots of climbing and lowering the headangle??

Whats better for descents??

anything else would be appreciated!!
