Where abouts did you find those pics? Do you know if the travel remains at 6"

You can get a "real" shock in that frame. Actually I like it. It looks clean.

Yep, the previous looked pretty nice. I think that with this design it makes it easier for Specialized to put other shocks, and probably other linkages options.

it's adjustable angles, not travel. the shocks position on the rocker doesn't change.

Previous Enduro looked MUCH better.

I told u, it's ugly

and I see I'm not alone, the color and the skinny rear triangle, maybe with a diferent color, graphics, and using aluminium instead carbon (so must of us can think about buy it)
of course it has to be an excellent performer, and as stiff as the previous enduro (05-06).
Am I asking too much, I don't think so, santa cruz has it, and if specialized doesn't listen, will see santa cruz growing even more.
Other option is to sale those carbon frames cheap.
and kill the competence.

specialized makes a pretty sick bike, full carbon, super light, with some suspention upgrades to come!

LOOK AWESOME, from what was posted on the previous deleted thread this is the new Enduro SL series. They will still be producing the frame that is current from what I understand. Spec. must have a lot of faith in the carbon frame! cheers

Looks really nice I think- never got on with the last Enduro, was just plain ugly, but this one's much better.

Doesn't look carbon, does it? Maybe hydroformed alu? But if it is the welds are very smooth in a Cannondale way.

Whats the deal with the front derailer???

ha ha, this thread is so reminescent of the ones about the Nomad in Santa Cruz forum where almost everyone chimed in to say how they hate it looks. Not so long after people could actually buy it, all the haters miraculously raved about the way it looked and of course the way it rides. Wonder if this one will live up to the inevitable hype.
