hey,

I just got a raceface evolve dh crankset put on my k2 flyin' monkey but now I can't reach the outer chainring because the derailluer won't go that far. I could just put a bash gaurd on and forget about that ring but I want to use it for speed. The bike shop put 2 spacers on the drive side and one spacer on the nondrive side of the bottom bracket.

Should I get them to move the spacers all to the nondrive side? I don't think I can do it myself and I don't want to get them to do it if it won't fix the problem.

Thanks.

Sorry my bad, I mean the Spindle width not the actual BB :D

Sounds like you need a smaller spindle to get your chainline right? I'm just saying it's a possibility as I dont know the bike, that does seem like allot of spacers compared to my setup though, which is 68 also.

actually I checked the raceface site and they instruct you to use the three spacers as the bike shop did on my bike if it's a 68mm bb.

Maybe I should just get a new front derailluer?
For right now, I set it up to a bash gaurd and 2nd gear switches to the first ring and 3rd gear is the 2nd ring.
