I bent my cog, I'm not sure what brand it was but it was weak. What brand are you using? I'm looking at Surley and Chris King right now, I'll probably get an 18 and a 20.

They're really nice and competitively priced.

There's a world of difference between the Surly and King cogs you mentioned. Still, I'd go with the homebrewedcomponents goods. Your option of Ti, Stainless, Al, Al/Stainless, and Al/Ti.

I have 3 Surley and 1 CK.

The 18T King weighs around 10 g less than the 16T Surley, but for twice the price.
My next cog will probably come from HBC linked above.

Surly are good for the price, however I'm replacing my most commonly used 20T surly with a Homebrewed 20T.
