So the reason is that 7100 and 6100 doesn't have this issue as far as I read.
As for the trail, the lever feel is different as the caliper belongs to MT4 and MT5.

Any other options you might think about?

I'm now running the hayes dominion a4 and I would definitely put them on your list.
Super consistent and amazing modulation without feeling spongy.
But the Magura's are also a pretty solid choice

Heya,

I used to have the M7120 and I hate the bite point which was inconsistent. So the options I was thinking are:

1. M7100 or M6100
2. Magura MT4

Any idea?
I've been running 4 piston Maguras. MT Thirty in my case. Main difference is the material the brake lever is made from. MT Thirty is a carbotecture (aka "plastic" lever). Easy to set up and works great for me. Tons of power. Solid lever feel similar to shimano without the aggressive initial bite you get from Servowave levers.
