OKay, I have just started getting into biking. I was going to get a bmx, but I looked in a mountain biking magazine in the grocery store. I have decided I would like to get mountain bike instead for DH/Trails. Could someone recomend me a bike that is fairly inexpensive that would suit this purpose,but be reliable and capable?
By the way are motobecane bikes any good?

Can you be a bit more specific about "inexpensive"? I consider my $1,000+ bike inexpensive but that might not be your definition...

Have you ridden a bike before?

Are you planning to be pedaling up and down whatever trails you might have, or are you just going for downhill speed and jumps?
