Nice sled. I'm wondering if that chain tensioner is stock or did you put that on. Does it have a pulley that the chain rides on? I haven't seen a tensioner on a bike in person, so I don't know how it is constructed.

How long does it take you to recover from a ride like that? I think it would wipe me out for a week or two.

None, except my knees, which always hurt anyway. Otherwise I'd be riding nearly everyday. But I am going pretty slow, not racing. I used to run regularly for three hours so twice that on a bike is pretty easy. I have my parents to thank for giving me practically all slow twitch muscle fibers. My siblings got the good looks
